Public Rights of Way - NOTICE OF DIVERSION
Due to safety, we are needing to temporary close and divert a couple of local Public Rights of Way (PROW).
Notices have been placed along the PROW to inform of the closure and the diversion route. The closure is scheduled from 1st January 2024 until 1st July 2024. Click here to access the location map showing the routes closure and the diversion route.

What is the construction timeline and working hours?
Construction will commence November 2023 and will be fully complete in mid 2024.
Our normal working hours are between 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday, and 08.00 to 13.00 on Saturday.
We will not work on Sundays or bank holidays in England and Wales, unless otherwise approved in writing by the local planning authority.
How will you access the site?
Construction vehicles will enter the site from Links Road, connecting to Boars Tye Road and Ashes Road, south-east of Braintree.
Do you need road closures or other traffic management?
There are no anticipated road closures or traffic diversions during the proposed construction period.
Any use of traffic management, including road closures, will be agreed with the local highways authority and we will notify residents and businesses that would be directly impacted.
